All-singing, all-dancing morning of stories and fun! In this class, children and their caregivers learn how to develop early literacy skills through music, dancing, and creative play. These sessions are designed for children ages 2 - 5, but children of all ages are welcome.

No sign-ups or registration needed. Meals are served on a first-come, first-served basis. Lunches will be served and eaten in the Faulkner Gallery, Tuesday through Friday, through August 12th.

Ready for hands-on science learning? Children of all ages are invited to play and learn together every Saturday in May in this drop in event. Library staff will have STEAM activities for both older and younger children to learn about science, technology, engineering, and math in fun, interactive ways. All ages are welcome to interact with all activities, but an adult assistant may be necessary for younger children. Activities rotate weekly.
This storytime engages children and their caregivers with short stories, action rhymes, and songs. Your toddler will learn sounds, letter recognition, new words, listening skills, and motor skills that will help them grow into pre-readers, all while having fun. This class is designed for toddlers ages 14 months - 3 years.
Baby and Me focuses on developing your baby’s pre-literacy skills. In this thirty minute program, our storyteller will lead the group in songs, rhymes, reading, and sensory play time to develop language skills, social skills, motor skills, and community building. Please bring your own blanket.

Practice your reading with a furry friend! Sign up at the desk for a 10-15 minute reading session, first come, first serve. Reluctant readers, emergent readers, and dog-loving readers welcome! Our volunteer therapy dog team is certified by the Alliance of Therapy Dogs.
