Writing for Bliss: Telling Your Story and Transforming Your Life
Writing for bliss is about being mindful of the messages of your
heart, and tapping into your authentic voice. This workshop is
an introduction to healing and transformative writing, using
journaling, memoir and poetry.
You'll
be gently guided in a safe environment down a path of self-discovery that
cultivates your path to bliss. Appropriate for emerging and advanced writers,
this workshop will inspire you to express yourself through the written word in
a profound and meaningful way.

8:00 - 9:30 pm -- public reading (library will re-open and workshop participants will have an opportunity to read their work in the Fireplace Room)

Diana
Raab, MFA, PhD, is a poet, memoirist, blogger, speaker, and award-winning
author of nine books of nonfiction and poetry. Her latest book is Writing
for Bliss: A Seven-Step Plan for Telling Your Story and Transforming Your Life.
She’s also editor of two anthologies, Writers and Their Notebooks and Writers
on the Edge. As an advocate of personal writing, Dr. Raab facilitates
workshops in writing for transformation and empowerment, focusing on
